great location english breakfast weak wifi smart tv
the location was great! a simple walk got me into the heart of everything.. also, the breakfast was amazing! it was a full english, and it really set me up for the day.
the wifi was not the best. i had trouble connecting at times.. also, i really missed having a smart tv in the room. i wanted to chill out in the evening watching a film.

Fantastic Getaway!

convenient location roadside parking comfy bed
The location was super convenient with the center only a short walk. I found ample roadside parking near the hotel. I was also delighted to find a very comfy bed (I slept so well!). The breakfast was great, with lots of options.
The shower pressure was lower than I expected. It could use a boost.

superb stay!

convenient location full english really good host homely feeling
I found the location convenient. breakfast included fruit and cereal. A full english was also available. joanne was really good. i could walk to most places easily. i felt really welcome . the room was big. it was clean. the breakfast kept me full. the host was very friendly. They were very helpful. i enjoyed the proximity to amenities. i appreciated the roadside parking. it felt nice and quiet. it gave off a homely feeling. the seafront was only ten minutes away. the host was trusting and helpful.
The wi-fi signal was a little weak in some areas of the hotel. That was slightly annoying.

spacious room maintained room really good breakfast wi-fi criticism smart tv
the room was spacious and well maintained jo is amazing i would heartily recommend a stay you'll be sorry if you dont the beds were awesome breakfast was also fantastic and there was plenty of it too
i gave a truthful account of our stay the owner could not accept any criticism of her guest house she likes to tell lies about what you have said to her the wi-fi is terrible in this hotel no smart tv

breakfast included plenty of toast it was good
the wifi was terrible i had difficulty connecting. there was no smart tv in the room i found it a bit outdated. the shower was not good either
